owned by Mr Gildo Pallanca Pastor.
Among them are three flagship buildings located in the most prestigious districts of the Principality of Monaco.
The Gildo Pastor Center is Monaco’s largest office building. An imposing eleven-storey structure with a total surface area of 90,000 m², it is ideally situated in Fontvieille, the Principality’s business district.
Gildo Pallanca Pastor oversaw the building’s construction at the age of just 21, dedicating it to his grandfather, Gildo Pastor.
The Gildo Pastor Center houses a number of prestigious companies in fields such as financial and banking services, legal advice, maritime shipping, telecommunications, the automotive industry, etc.
To guarantee these companies an optimal working environment, the Gildo Pastor Center has top-class facilities including a meeting room, conference hall/auditorium equipped for teleconferences, a business restaurant and a security office open round the clock.
Based on the site of the first Brewery of Monaco launched by Prince Albert 1st in 1905 until 1972, the Gildo Pastor Center remains a building of major importance in the landscape of the Fontvieille district.

Standing opposite Monaco’s Japanese Garden, the Emilie Palace is situated in the Larvotto district, a relaxing seaside area popular with Monegasque residents and tourists for its leisure activities.
This 40-metre tall, ten-storey building mainly houses rented residential apartments, although there are several shops and even an art gallery on the ground floor.
